AI training & workshops

AI training for teams and executives

Hands-on workshops that teach your people to use AI well in the work they already do: what it's good at, where it fails, and how to use it without leaking data or trusting a wrong answer.

Training built around your work, not a tool demo

Generic AI courses teach features. Your team needs to know how to apply them to your documents, customers and processes, and when not to.

Each workshop is built from your team’s real tasks. Participants leave with prompts, workflows and guidelines they can use the next morning; leaders leave with a clear view of where AI should and shouldn’t be used.

Sessions are taught by an engineer who builds production AI systems, so questions about accuracy, privacy and cost get real answers.

What you get

Scope of work

  • 01

    Executive briefing

A focused session for leadership on what AI can do for the business, the risks, and how to set direction.

  • 02

    Team workshops

Hands-on sessions built around your team's own tasks.

  • 03

    Usage guidelines

A practical AI use policy: approved tools, data handling, and reviewing AI output.

  • 04

    Prompt & workflow library

Reusable prompts and step-by-step workflows for the tasks covered in training.

  • 05

    Follow-up clinic

A session to troubleshoot what people tried and refine the workflows.

  • 06

    Champion coaching

Support for the people who will keep AI adoption going after the workshop.

How it works

Four phases, each with a clear exit

  1. 01

    Needs review

Talk with leaders and a few team members; collect real tasks.

  2. 02

    Custom curriculum

Exercises built from your work, tools and data rules.

  3. 03

    Workshops

In person around Richmond or on site, or remote for distributed teams.

  4. 04

    Follow-up

A clinic session and refined guidelines after people have tried it.

Fit

Who this is for

A good fit

  • Teams with AI tool licenses that few people use well
  • Leadership teams setting an AI direction or policy
  • Organizations that want staff trained on their own tasks and data rules

Not the right fit

  • Certification courses or academic machine-learning training.

Founder-led

Hands-on, start to finish.

Every project is led by Luke Libraro, hands-on from the first schematic to the factory floor to the fleet dashboard.

Luke brings 15+ years of engineering and product leadership across hardware, firmware, cloud and AI. No account managers: the person who scopes your project leads the work. We build the first web experience, from dashboards to companion web apps, alongside the device, and bring in partner teams when an app needs to scale.

Enclosures, in-house or with expert partners

We design your enclosure in-house or bring in expert mechanical engineering and industrial design partners, so the product is beautiful, functional and built to work in the field. Already have a design team? We work alongside them.

FAQ

Common questions

What should AI training for employees cover?

Practical use on real tasks, the limits of AI (including confident wrong answers), what data can be shared with which tools, and how to review AI output. Training on the team’s own work is far more effective than generic tool tours.

Is the training in person or online?

Either. In-person workshops are available around Richmond, Virginia and on site elsewhere; remote sessions work well for distributed teams.

Which AI tools do you cover?

The ones your team has or is considering, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or Gemini. The skills transfer between tools; the guidelines are specific to your approved list.

Can training lead to building custom tools?

Yes. Workshops can surface tasks worth automating, and those can become an AI integration project.
